INDIANAPOLIS- The Steelers received some bad news at the end of practice Wednesday when QB Ben Roethlisberger had to leave the game because of a strained ligament in his thumb. In case you don't remember, Roethlisberger played with a broken thumb at the end of last season. Some experts say that injury is going to be a big deal and some say it is not. I personally think it my affect him somewhat, but not physically. He has proven he can play hurt before, so that won't be an issue. The issue will be how he feels mentally, if he is up to starting the year the way he ended it last year. Personally I do not think that this injury is really a big deal, but it is just something that we are going to have to wait and see.
