WHO IS AL MVP?

INDIANAPOLIS- It is a question that has all of the sports experts talking. Who really is the AL MVP? David Ortiz has put up better numbers then anybody in the game, but is it really possible to win the MVP as a DH?
Do I think he deserves to win it? Absolutely. Ortiz plays his best ball in the clutch, and there is just nobody like him in baseball. Ortiz has so many walk off hits and home runs that sometimes it is hard to believe. Other candidates for the award are guys like Derek Jeter, Travis Hafner, and Jim Thome. Ortiz has better stuff then all of those guys, and his team is actually winning. No way in the world that Jeter deserves it. The Yankees have every big name from the past on their roster, so one guy is not that big of a deal. Hafner is with the Indians, need I say more. Jim Thome is in the same situation as David Ortiz, but his numbers are not near as good. The AL MVP simply has to be David Ortiz even if he does only play one side of the game. He comes up big at big times, and wins his team games. What more can you ask for?
